Above is the cupcake tier I constructed for the very sweet birthday girl, Landrie. I also baked three varieties of cupcakes, chocolate chip cookie dough (yes, there is dough inside the baked cupcake), cherry limeade, and reese’s peanut butter cupcakes. De-lish!

The cake above was made for a very enthusiastic 7 year old gymnast. She wanted a strawberry cake, and that’s just what she got. The mini-cupcakes are chocolate with cream cheese icing.
Instead of a guestbook, it’s fun to have the kids sign a photo-mat to remember the occasion.
